The Sovereignty of God (cd)

In this age of unparalleled advances in science and technology, great progress is being made on every frontier of science. Man does marvelous things today while considering them routine. Seemingly, there is nothing out of the reach of man as we learn more and more about the universe in which we live. This great advancement in science and technology, however, has done nothing to bring lasting peace and comfort to man. True understanding, true knowledge, begins in a realm not definable by science. It begins by studying the nature of God. In this series we explore the attributes of God, and, in doing so, learn how He deals with man through His sovereign grace. Contemplating and attempting to understand more of God is the only true way to understand oneself. We can take great comfort in knowing that we have an omniscient, omnipotent, and omnipresent God who rules in everything in our lives for His glory and for His own purposes and for our good.
